This site was founded by Erik Granger (pronounced AIR ICK GRAY N JER, not AIR ICK GRAN GRRRR) in either the late month of December '08 or the early winter days of January '09. This site isn't really set up yet as of now so who knows?
The Crackintosh image was made by Erik, he used the Apple logo for reference, and it was Shaedo K's idea (name altered to protect identity).
Apple is a company and their name is probably copyright Apple.
