Crackintosh.
Ah, corporate conglomerates. They're the cornerstone of our capitalist society. Love them or hate them, they make money. Sure, some suck, some suck less. Some are actually somewhat okay, sometimes, if you're in the right mood. Some are downright cool. Apple is one of these coolio companies that cares about YOU, their clever consumer. If you believe that then you must be easily deceived by neato tongue-and-cheek marketting campaigns involving some trendy college-aged guy with a 5 o'clock shadow and seventy-two dollar rocker-jeans talking about how easy he is whilst standing next to a slightly more dorky business-suit-clad older gentleman who is actually, funnily enough, more popular.
Oh the delicious Apple Corporation. How they manage to keep their cool-under-fire facade and extreme artsy-points are beyond the realme of us mere mortals. They seem to survive on style-points alone, their os is apparently easy to use, their mp3 players have tons of cool visual perks, their phone has (omg) a web browser that can rotate depending on how you hold it. Whether or not these are worth the price-tag isn't the point of this site (though the answer is no). This site focuses on other interesting Apple actions. This site is built with the sole intent of making sure YOU, the intelligent and marginally-attractive reader, will never purchase a single Apple-sold device, piece of software, PC, video, or song, ever. If you are already guilty of funding these soulless and evil monsters, then I would personally request that you cease. Actually, if you do, I will thank you. Just tell me you stopped and I'll reply as promptly as possible with a "Wow, gee, that was really swell. It's good to see citizen activism is still strong in this world, you give me hope for the future", or something along the lines.
So, feel free to browse our articles, read up on their deeds, make liberal use of our contact links, and remember to give this site to your friends. I'm not making any money off of this, I'm not getting paid by a secret underground cult of Microsoft fanboys and penguinistas. I just want Apple to not be a horrible company anymore. Heck, if they did some small changes to their business tactic, I'd buy from them. I mean, I like to consider myself fair. Until they do change, though, I think it's only in their consumers best interest to get their products and services from other outlets. Thank you for reading, and thank you for helping.
